This role is integral to our supply chain operations, focusing on the efficient handling and processing of goods. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in designated areas accurately.
- Process orders by picking and packing items for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is organized and meets safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred.
- Capability of performing regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and utilizing required PPE.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, and bending.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is beneficial.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
