Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock takes.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space, following all Safety procedures.
- Report any damaged or missing inventory to the supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety.
- Proper use of required PPE is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of Safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- A foundational understanding of logistics is a plus.
