Join our expanding warehouse team in Tampa, Florida, as a Warehouse Associate! This dynamic role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of goods. You will be involved in various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. A strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork is essential for success in this fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you play a vital part in our overall Logistics network, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly and promptly. We maintain a paramount focus on workplace Safety , and all associates are required to adhere to safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) as instructed.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities against orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all warehouse and Safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE .
