We are looking for a diligent Fulfillment Associate to join our thriving warehouse in Omaha, Nebraska. This position is a cornerstone of our logistics operations, focusing on the accurate and timely preparation of customer orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, your duties will encompass picking items from inventory, quality checking products, packing orders securely, and preparing them for shipment. Maintaining an organized and clean work environment is essential for efficiency and Safety. You will be expected to follow all company Safety protocols diligently, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and adhere to safe Lifting practices. This role requires excellent attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic logistics setting. Your contribution is vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operational flow. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking items according to order specifications.
- Performing quality checks on products before packing.
- Packing orders using appropriate materials and methods.
- Labeling packages correctly for shipment.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock counts.
- Maintaining a tidy and safe work area.
- Following all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
