About
We are looking for an experienced Material Handler to join our logistics team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for the movement and organization of materials within our distribution center. Your duties will include operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, loading and unloading trucks, stocking inventory, and ensuring that materials are stored safely and efficiently. Accurate record-keeping of material movements is also essential. A strong focus on Safety is paramount in this position. You will be required to adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe operation of machinery. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of materials up to 75 pounds, and requires proficiency in operating various types of forklifts and pallet jacks.
