About
We are hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for our busy facility in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Your duties will include unloading trucks, verifying delivery contents against purchase orders or shipping manifests, stocking received goods, and preparing outgoing orders for shipment. You will operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials. A strong understanding of logistics and inventory management is essential. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure seamless operations. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment is critical, and adherence to all safety procedures, including the use of PPE, is mandatory. This position involves frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, operating machinery, and standing for long durations. Forklift certification is a significant advantage.
