Join our fast-paced warehouse environment as a Picker/Packer in San Jose, California! We are looking for energetic individuals to accurately and efficiently pick orders and prepare them for shipment. Your primary responsibilities will include locating and retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves, verifying order accuracy, and carefully packing items to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work quickly and accurately, and comfortable working in a team setting. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to a safe working environment. Experience with RF scanners is a plus. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Attention to detail is critical to ensure order accuracy and minimize shipping errors. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are required to follow strict safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing for long periods. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required for motivated candidates. We value efficiency and accuracy in all our operations.
