Job Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment, playing a vital part in our overall logistics process. Your day-to-day tasks will include receiving inventory, stocking shelves, retrieving items for orders, and carefully packing them for transit. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and accurately put away incoming stock.
  • Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Conduct quality checks on all outgoing orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
  • Meet established performance metrics for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
