We're looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Responsibilities:
- Receive and accurately put away incoming stock.
- Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks on all outgoing orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Meet established performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
