Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with full inventory checks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order fulfillment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Must be able to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and following all protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
