Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and store inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick items from shelves based on order requests, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack products securely for shipment, following company guidelines.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety standards.
- Comply with all PPE requirements and safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
