This role is fundamental to our fulfillment operations, focusing on accurately and efficiently retrieving products from warehouse locations to complete customer orders. Your precision and commitment to **Safety** will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will navigate our warehouse space, utilize scanning technology, and handle merchandise with care. We are seeking organized, motivated individuals ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Locating and picking specific items from designated warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Using RF scanners to accurately track picked items and update inventory status.
- Verifying the accuracy of picked items against order details to ensure order correctness.
- Preparing picked items for shipment by securely packaging them.
- Moving inventory within the warehouse as directed.
- Complying with all company **Safety** policies and procedures.
- **Lifting** products that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Wearing the appropriate **PPE** at all times for **Safety**.
The ideal candidate has good physical stamina, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and strong attention to detail. Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial but not required, as we provide comprehensive training.
