- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all established safety protocols and the proper use of PPE.
- Report any operational issues or damages to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet productivity goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including significant lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory principles.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a logistics setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
