Join our team as an Order Picker in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick items for customer orders within our warehouse. This role is essential for our Logistics operations, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. If you are detail-oriented, possess good physical stamina, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this position is ideal for you.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Use scanning equipment to track picked items and update inventory.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Package picked items securely for shipment.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with stocking and replenishment of inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets and product labels.
- Physical capability for frequent walking, standing, and occasional Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Team-oriented with strong communication abilities.
