We are looking for meticulous and energetic Picker/Packers to join our logistics team in Boise, Idaho. Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from inventory locations based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, using correct packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure all necessary documentation is attached.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory and order progress.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, free from safety hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the consistent use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Assist with receiving and stocking functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 pounds).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses, gloves, and vests.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
