Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed for material movement.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is an advantage.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
