Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or scanner.
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain order accuracy and productivity standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be committed to safety and wearing appropriate PPE.
