Exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate in our Chicago, Illinois facility! Responsibilities:
- Accurately receiving, unpacking, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Efficiently picking and packing customer orders with precision.
- Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Conducting inventory counts and assisting with stock organization.
- Operating basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area according to OSHA standards.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and PPE.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties and supporting team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with logistics principles is a plus.
- Must consistently wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
