Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Associate in Miami, Florida! We are seeking dependable individuals to contribute to our dynamic logistics operations. In this versatile role, you will perform a range of tasks essential for the smooth running of our warehouse, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and assisting with shipping preparations. Accuracy and efficiency are key, as you'll be instrumental in ensuring our inventory is managed correctly and customer orders are dispatched promptly. We are committed to providing a safe work environment, and adherence to all Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. This position requires a good level of physical fitness, as it involves frequent standing, walking, and significant Lifting of boxes and products, potentially weighing up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all established Safety guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE throughout the shift.
- Engage in regular physical activity, including Lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform frequent Lifting.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE.
