Join our dynamic logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to accurately pick and pack orders for our valued customers. This role is critical to our efficient order fulfillment process and requires a strong commitment to accuracy and speed. You will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring timely and correct shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping cartons.
- Verify order details and item counts before packing.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform moderate lifting, up to 30 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
