About
We are looking for a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is vital for maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring inventory accuracy. You will be operating various types of forklifts and will play a critical part in our receiving, stocking, and shipping processes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) safely and proficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and other materials.
- Move and stack merchandise in designated areas.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
- Support other warehouse activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience.
- Demonstrated ability to operate various types of forklifts.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Must be committed to safety and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety vests and steel-toed boots.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
