Job Description

The Site Manager oversees daily operations in a fun, customer-focused environment, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and service are consistently met. This role requires enforcing company policies, leading by example, maintaining professionalism, and fostering a respectful and positive workplace culture. The manager is responsible for smooth venue operations, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. They also handle employee training, guest satisfaction, and the implementation of new menus, specials, and promotions while promoting open communication and teamwork.

This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with at least three years of leadership experience and five years in food and beverage management. The Site Manager must be proficient in computer and point-of-sale systems, possess or obtain required certifications (ServSafe, Alcohol Server Permit), and manage essential physical and mental demands, including multitasking and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. The role involves full managerial duties—hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management—and requires flexibility to work long hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.
