Your job will be to architect and implement new technology solutions for customer in multiple industries. Projects will include but not limited to Azure cloud, on premise server installations and migrations and security assessments.
*Primary Responsibilities*
* Installing new IT systems for our growing client base of small to Mid-Market companies
* Resolving issues escalated for service desk team
* Onsite support including desktop, server and infrastructure
* Architecting and implement Microsoft Azure environments
* Office 365 migrations including SharePoint
* Performing security assessments of Office 365 and Azure environments
* Performing security assessments for HIPAA and CMMC
*Requirements*
Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of relevant work experience, MSP a plus
- Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN/Networking systems including switches, routers, firewall and wireless devices
- Experience with server-based technologies such as VMWare, Hyper-V,
- Cloud architecture and design
- Cyber Security
- SonicWall and Cisco firewall support
- Capturing time and ticket resolutions in PSA
- Updating client documentation as needed
- Professional IT Certifications: Microsoft MCSA Windows, Network + (or Cisco CCENT)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- US Citizens only due to DoD requirements and must pass a background check
- Willing and able to work M-F 8-5 with occasional nights and weekends to facilitate customer support needs. The right candidate can work remote when not at a client site.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
