ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will lead a high-performing finance team and take ownership of financial control, reporting, and commercial support across a key business division.
This role will partner closely with operational leadership to drive performance, integration, and scalable financial processes as the organisation continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the division Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance Support integration of newly acquired businesses, aligning systems, processes, and reporting Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights and financial analysis Manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes Drive process improvements and scalability to support ongoing international growth About the person: Big 4/Top 6 trained Qualified accountant with 8-12 years PQE Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role Experience within a multinational or multi-entity environment Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams Exposure to M&A, acquisitions, or business integration highly desirable Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen Strong salary and benefits package on offer for the right person. xcfaprz
Hybrid working arrangements in place with minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
