Crewit Resourcing is hiring a Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating mechanical installation works on-site, ensuring that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and standards. The role includes supervising mechanical crews, managing subcontractors, resolving site issues, monitoring progress, and ensuring high‑quality workmanship across mechanical systems such as piping, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and equipment installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical technicians and subcontractors.
  • Ensure mechanical installations are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure work aligns with project schedules and milestones.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical or coordination issues on-site.
  • Review mechanical drawings and communicate changes or discrepancies to project engineers.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available for uninterrupted work progress.
  • Enforce safety policies and conduct toolbox talks and site safety briefings.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, progress logs, and manpower records.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities as required.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire protection, equipment installation).
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Strong understanding of site safety requirements and compliance.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple work fronts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience supervising mechanical installation works.
  • Experience on commercial, industrial, MEP, or infrastructure projects. xcfaprz
  • Knowledge of relevant mechanical standards and regulations.
