- Liaising with clients, design teams, and contractors throughout projects.
- Participating in coordination meetings with design teams.
- Conducting design reviews and validating equipment, pipe, and duct sizes.
- Developing technical submittals, equipment registers, and trackers.
- Managing the execution of commissioning test certificates.
- Overseeing mechanical-related RFIs during the construction phase.
- Managing all drawing activities, including requests, reviews, updates to as-built status, and issuing of soft and hard copy masters.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years as a Mechanical Project Engineer.
- Residential and commercial project experience is essential.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Solid understanding of M&E systems within buildings.
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively on projects.
- Other Qualifications:
- A relevant qualification in Building Mechanical Services Engineering is desirable. xcfaprz
- A full, clean Irish driving licence is required.
