E&I Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an E&I Construction Supervisor on behalf of our client, a world class EPCM company that operates worldwide and is involved in various projects across Ireland, to join their team on a project in Limerick.

The successful candidate will be assigned to a project as a member of the Construction Team and will take responsibility for the proper and timely construction of the Electrical & Instrumentation Scope in accordance with the company’s Safety and Quality standards, control estimate, detailed design, contract, SOP’s, WI’s, and applicable standards.

• Support the CM with Constructability Reviews and Interactive planning sessions with the Client and Design Team.
  
• Guarantee that the projects are constructed to the drawings, specifications, applicable standards, good construction practices, to schedule and in accordance with the cost budget.
  
• Ensure that the construction phase of the projects is adequately provided with suitable, qualified and experienced personnel, along with all the necessary plant, tools, temporary facilities and other resources.
  
• Manage construction works from pre-construction to system turnover.
  
• Guide and oversee the assigned staff in performing their tasks.
  
• Carry out assessments and appraisals of the contractors’ work and report the results.
  
• Reviews contractor progress reports and provides input to weekly CM report out to client. xcfaprz
  
• Attends daily whiteboard and contractor progress meetings.
