Transaction Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Relationship Manager to support Issuer Services within a global financial services environment. You will play a key role in managing transactions end-to-end, coordinating internal stakeholders, and ensuring deals are executed accurately, compliantly, and on time.

• Execute and manage straight debt and structured finance transactions from review through to execution
• Review, negotiate, and manage transaction documentation including programme prospectuses, trust deeds, agency, escrow, account bank, custody, and pledge agreements
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client transactions
• Ensure accurate transaction setup, including cash and custody account opening and online banking arrangements
• Obtain all required approvals prior to deal closure, including KYC, deal review, sanctions screening, and internal sign-offs
• Liaise closely with Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations teams during transaction implementation
• Participate in deal review forums and support new business initiatives as required
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to support revenue generation
• Support the Team Lead with ad hoc projects and initiatives

• Working knowledge of the corporate xcfaprz trust market
• Strong understanding of transaction documentation and deal execution (legal experience is an advantage)
• General banking or financial services experience
• Proven transaction management, execution, and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
