This privately owned financial services firm supports millions of investors, thousands of businesses and financial advisers globally . Established in Ireland in 1996, they employ over 1,000 people across IT, Operations and Corporate Shared Services, with offices in Dublin and Galway . The Operations and Services Group plays a critical role in processing transactions, securities execution, clearance and risk management across brokerage platforms .


What you’ll do

  • Lead projects focused on data ingestion, storage, analysis and reporting across securities reference and pricing data
  • Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on data issues, driving service recovery and long-term process improvement
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for escalations, working directly with managers and senior stakeholders
  • Monitor KPIs and downstream impacts across trading, operations and regulatory systems to improve data quality and customer outcomes

What you need

  • Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries against large-scale relational databases
  • Solid understanding of Equities, Fixed Income and Options from a market data perspective
  • At least 3 years’ experience in data or business analysis, ideally within capital markets or a global shared services model
  • Experience with AWS services (S3, EMR, Lambda) and Python data libraries; familiarity with Bloomberg, ICE Data Services or Refinitiv is a plus

You’ll be working within the Security Master & Pricing team, responsible for delivering accurate and timely reference and pricing data to downstream trading, operations and regulatory systems . The work directly underpins customer confirmations, statements and broader brokerage activity, so detail matters.


This role suits someone analytical, structured and comfortable operating in a matrix environment. You’ll need to interpret complex data issues, communicate findings clearly (both up and across), and maintain documentation covering system functionality and data lineage. xcfaprz An interest in process enhancement and emerging technologies won’t go unnoticed either.

Location: Dublin (Citywest office)


Working model: Hybrid - 1 week in 4 in the office


Salary: €45,000 + 12% bonus
