In this role, you will play an important part in delivering exceptional client service by supporting advisors and colleagues, ensuring client needs are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high standard of care to create positive, long-term outcomes for our clients.
Your job:
- Deliver exceptional client service by acting as a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented point of contact for clients, in person, by phone, and by email
- Ensure clear and effective communication between clients, advisors, and internal partners.
- Work collaboratively within a team-based environment, supporting advisors and colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery and smooth execution of client requests.
- Diligently execute transactions related to investment accounts, including deposits, contributions, and withdrawals.
- Prepare for client and prospect meetings by reviewing client accounts, gathering required documentation, and supporting advisor-led relationship management.
- Open, maintain, and update client files with a high degree of accuracy across internal systems and platforms
- Leverage technology and systems effectively
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management requirements in all client service, documentation, and transaction-related activities
Your team:
National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. We have close to 1,000 investment advisors who manage the assets of more than 400,000 clients in about 100 branches. Prerequisites:
- Customer service experience in retail, hospitality or administrative environment required
- College diploma or University Degree
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new technology
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, stay detail-oriented, and meet deadlines
