Primary Skills: Interaction Design (Expert), Visual Design (Expert), Prototyping (Expert), Figma (Expert), Cross-functional Collaboration (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 only Duration: 5+ Months with Possible Extension Location: Remote (#LI - Remote) Pay Range: $65-$70 per hour on W2 #LP Job Summary: We are searching for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Shipping workstream, crafting elegant customer experiences that address complex problems on a global scale. This role involves creating user-centered designs that integrate business and product requirements, customer insights, and your intuitive design skills. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a highly collaborative user experience team focusing on global buyer and seller experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Design outstanding, user-centered experiences integrating business and product requirements, customer insights, and design intuition. Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes. Work within and contribute to our existing design system while creating scalable, delightful design solutions. Engage in user research, testing, and product discovery to inform design decisions. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to influence product strategy and drive product discoveries through workshops and design sprint facilitations.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven expertise in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. Strong skills in Figma for design and prototyping. Exceptional ability in designing across multiple devices (mobile and desktop).
Industry Experience:
10+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, particularly within global marketplaces or shipping domains.
