The AWS Startup Solutions Architecture team is committed to guiding startup companies as they scale, ensuring they deploy architectures that are scalable, secure, reliable, and efficient without wasting time or resources. In this role, you'll collaborate with a variety of startups across industries such as AI/ML, HCLS, FinTech, ClimateTech, and more. You'll provide invaluable technical guidance, helping them to make practical decisions that align with their business objectives. This position allows you to forge strong relationships with founders and become a trusted advisor. While engaging with customers is a priority, you'll also have ample opportunity to enhance your skills. With over 200 AWS services at our disposal, staying current on their application is crucial. You'll represent your customers' needs to our product teams, ensuring we develop the right features and products for them. Your role will also involve creating technical content, guiding customers through solutions and reducing their time-to-market. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructure.
4+ years of experience in specific technology domains, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in software development or internet-related industries.
Experience in migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
Hands-on experience with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies.

The base salary for this role is between $131,300.00 to $177,600.00 annually. Your package will also include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be based on your qualifications, experience, and location. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
