We are seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer to join our Content Applied Science and Analytics team. In this critical role, you will collaborate with key content verticals—including Film, Series, Live, and Licensing—to influence both ongoing strategies and new content initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis, data science, and metrics will be pivotal in guiding our projects and enhancing our content offerings. In this role, you'll not only provide insights but also serve as a thought partner to diverse teams that bring our content to life. What You Will Do:
Empower New Content Initiatives:
Own the data vision for new content initiatives by defining success metrics, setting architectural direction, and strategizing for emerging formats from inception. Own Data Strategy:
Lead the analytics roadmap for your vertical, proactively identifying high-impact opportunities that shape our content strategy. Architect Advanced Insights:
Develop high-level analytical frameworks and custom tools that establish standards for measuring and visualizing content performance. Elevate Technical Standards:
Act as a technical leader, mentoring peers, reviewing designs, and establishing best practices to build scalable solutions. We Are Looking For:

A creative problem solver who understands the art of storytelling and brings innovative measuring approaches to content performance. Strategic Ownership:
An autonomous leader capable of managing complex cross-functional projects and translating business goals into technical strategies. Experience in building data products or metrics will be advantageous. Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
A detail-oriented individual who thrives on mentoring, conducting design reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Influential Communication:
A clear communicator who can articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively influencing senior stakeholders. Analytical Rigor & Visual Storytelling:
A combination of strong statistical methodology and visualization skills to transform complex analyses into impactful dashboards and custom data tools. Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in delivering scalable solutions through advanced SQL and Python skills, ensuring reliability with best practices like CI/CD, testing, and version control.
