Join Oracle CSS as a Lead Analytics Engineer! We are on the lookout for an exceptional Lead Analytics Engineer to become a pivotal technical leader in our Analytics domain, working with Oracle's cutting-edge Analytics Cloud products. You will play a critical role in the architecture, design, and development of intricate Analytics solutions. This position demands a blend of strong development expertise, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will oversee project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while actively shaping standard practices and procedures in our software engineering division, using your advanced technical and business skills to shine as an individual contributor and team mentor. Your Experience and Skills: Proven experience in designing and delivering Analytics solutions utilizing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
Strong background in crafting Data Integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and OCI Data Integration (OCI DI).
Outstanding software architecture skill set with a successful history of managing and delivering large-scale, impactful solutions.

Your Responsibilities: Solution Design and Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret business needs and design end-to-end analytics solutions in OCI. Utilize your expertise in OAC, Fusion Data Intelligence, and OCI services to create scalable, high-performing analytics solutions.
Implementation and Optimization:
Construct and configure OCI-based analytics solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards while optimizing performance through strategic query tuning, caching, and efficient data model design.
Data Integration and Transformation:
Partner with data engineering teams to architect and implement data integration workflows using ODI and other relevant tools. Ensure the smooth extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources into the analytics landscape.
Production Support:
Offer continuous support for deployed analytics solutions, troubleshooting issues tied to data accuracy, system performance, and user access. Monitor system health, pinpoint potential bottlenecks, and guarantee the availability and reliability of the analytics environment.
Security and Governance:
Enforce data security controls to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and maintain data governance frameworks and policies to uphold data quality, integrity, and privacy in the analytics ecosystem.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
Work effectively with stakeholders, including business users, data analysts, and IT teams, to gather requirements, collect feedback, and provide high-quality solutions. Share insights and mentor team members on analytics best practices and the latest trends.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current on advancements in OCI services, analytics tools, and technologies. Assess new features to uncover opportunities for enhancing existing solutions and fostering innovation.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this role is between $96,800 to $251,600 per annum, depending on skills, experience, and other factors.
