London Women’s Clinic is a leading private fertility clinic delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a patient-centred environment. We are seeking a *IT Support Technician* to join our team.
*The role*
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our growing IT team. You will be the first point of contact for internal users requiring technical assistance, helping to resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and other IT systems.
*Key responsibilities*
* Provide IT support to staff via helpdesk, phone, chat, or in person.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve support requests in line with priorities and SLAs.
* Support onboarding of new staff by setting up equipment and providing basic IT training.
* Maintain hardware, software and asset records.
* Monitor systems proactively to minimise business disruption.
* Document support activities and contribute to knowledge sharing.
* Support information security and follow best practice for system access and installations.
* Work collaboratively with wider IT teams and stay up to date with new technologies.
*About you*
We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about providing a high level of IT Support and customer service to our users. Working as a close-knit team, we value candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, empathy for others, as well as attention to detail.
*Essential:*
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT role or technology field
* Knowledge of Computer Systems and Networks (LAN/WAN)
* Knowledge of IT Software and Hardware (Microsoft Azure/Dell/HP)
* Methodical Thinking and Decision Making
* Analytical Problem Solving, Critical Thinking
*Qualifications:*
* Recognised industry Certification(s)
* Trained and or experienced with Microsoft Azure / O365
* Trained and or experienced with Cisco
* Trained and or experienced with Dell / HP & Canon hardware
* Trained and or experienced with Anti-Virus solutions
