We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at LONDIS Piercetown. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

• Manage and lead a team of retail staff to achieve store targets and KPIs
  
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandised effectively
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer queries or issues
  
• Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
  
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and trends to identify opportunities for growth
  
• Manage inventory levels and control shrinkage
  
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to deliver high-quality service
  
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth
  

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail management role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You should be results-driven, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. xcfaprz
