T-Pro's client implementation & support team work closely with sales, management and project teams (both internal and external) to deliver real benefits for clients, by maximising the potential of our market‑leading technology. You will have direct interaction with clients and input into product development roadmap.


Are you passionate about technology in its many forms? Are you energised by interacting with people throughout the day, in person, on the phone, via email, and chat? Do you have a strong attention to detail and a desire to teach others?


How you'll spend the day

  • Implementing new projects with an organised and process driven approach
  • Supporting existing clients to maximise the benefits of the solution
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to the product team to guide new features and enhancements
  • Enthusiastically teaching our end users how to best interact with and utilise technology; providing support as needed via face‑to‑face interaction, chat, email, and telephone
  • Resolving any issues related to our platform including software configuration, hardware support and user workflows
  • Authoring and editing content at our help centre
  • Researching new and innovative solutions to the technical challenges that arise
  • Learning from and educating your fellow team members
  • Completing other technical projects and tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • Fluent English speaking and writing talent
  • Driver licence and own transport desirable but not essential
  • Interest in learning and taking on increasingly complex tasks
  • Ability to xcfaprz work independently and within a team
  • Customer‑focused with a friendly and supportive demeanour
  • Independent ability to research technical problems and solutions
  • Strong organisational and managerial skills and detail‑oriented work ethic
  • Willingness to work flexible/odd hours at times, based on needs and as + when required
  • Willingness to travel within Ireland and occasionally abroad
