We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead civil projects in the water sector, from pre-commencement to operational handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of build-only or design-and-build contracts for public and private clients.
- Lead project teams including design staff, site staff, subcontractors, and support personnel.
- Deliver project objectives, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.
- Liaise with internal and external multidisciplinary design teams (civil, process, mechanical, electrical, H&S, BIM), providing technical and commercial guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships from project start to close-out.
- Resolve performance, scope, cost, and schedule issues proactively.
- Develop resource-loaded schedules and maintain detailed programme planning for project deliverables.
- Drive consistent implementation of health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures across all projects.

- Ensure projects achieve objectives in terms of financial performance, risk management, and overall delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (or related)
- 8+ years’ experience in water/wastewater contracting
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills
- Authorized to work in Ireland & hold a full clean driving licence
