Pay: €40,500- €47,000 + Quarterly Bonus

We’re looking for a passionate, customer facing Restaurant Manager to lead the crew and keep the Boojum vibes going. You’ll run it like you own it, support your team, and make sure every customer walks away with a smile.

• 1 years’ experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment
  
• Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership
  
• Great communicator and natural problem-solver
  
• Results-driven with a passion for people and great food
  
• Calm under pressure and cool with multitasking
  
• A natural leader who is inspiring, consistent and fair
