Site Project Manager

A well‑established steel supplier is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee structural steel projects across Dublin. You will take full responsibility for site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
• Coordinate steel deliveries, erection teams, and subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered on programme and within budget
• Enforce health & safety compliance on site
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, and engineers
• Monitor quality standards and resolve site issues promptly
• Produce site reports and maintain documentation
• Proven Site Manager experience within structural steel or construction
• Strong knowledge of steel erection xcfaprz and site coordination
• Excellent understanding of Irish H&S regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong pipeline of Dublin-based projects
• Long-term career progression within a growing business
