- Responsible for the entire sales cycle.

- Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings with clients.

- Follow-up on leads and sales inquires.
- Closing sales and driven to achieve monthly sales target.
- Providing information about services/sales/discounts to businesses/organizations.
- Handling customer issues.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
