Contracts Manager – Midwest

Our client is an established builder developer. They wish to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee all building works in Midwest. Projects vary in size from €5M+ to include in-house residential, industrial, life sciences, education, healthcare etc. Your team will consist multiple Project & Site Managers, Engineers & Foremen, EHS Advisors etc while working closely with commercial team. You will report to Group COO. Ideally 15yrs + post graduate experience working with reputable Building Contractors and/or Developers having successfully delivered large scale building projects €20M+. This is a long-term highly lucrative position with defined career progression.

• Oversee all building works in Midwest.
• Lead and coordinate a team including Project & Site Managers, Engineers & Foremen, EHS Advisors; work closely with the commercial team.
• Report to Group COO.

• Ideally 15+ years post-graduate experience with reputable Building Contractors and/or Developers. xcfaprz
