Litigation solicitor

This is the chance to grow within a well established Dublin firm with a strong reputation for advising public sector and healthcare clients.

This role offers exposure to complex and often sensitive High Court matters, including cases involving constitutional and statutory rights.

You will:

• 
  
• Manage and assist on High Court applications, both independently and under Partner supervision.
  
• Advise public bodies, healthcare institutions and medical professionals on appropriate court applications.
  
• Take instructions directly from senior medical personnel and key stakeholders.
  
• Work on matters involving vulnerable service users, requiring sound judgement and sensitivity.
  
• Handle a varied litigation caseload within a fast-paced environment.
  

• 
  
• A qualified Solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE in litigation.
  
• Confident managing files and progressing matters efficiently.
  
• Experienced in advisory work (advantageous but not essential).
  
• Comfortable appearing in Court.
  
• Organised, proactive and capable of handling a varied workload.
  
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  
• Willing to travel for court work.
