Cyber Security Pre-Sales Engineer
to join its technical team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both internal sales teams and external partners by
providing expert technical guidance, delivering product demonstrations and helping customer s identify the most suitable security solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in networking and cybersecurity who enjoys working in a customer-facing technical role.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering presentations and demonstrations of the companys cyber security product portfolio to technical and non-technical audiences Responding to technical enquiries received via phone, teams and emails Providing pre-sales technical support to internal and external sales teams Identifying and developing cross-selling opportunities within existing and prospective customers Proactively investigating potential opportunities to expand solution adoption Assisting with remote installation and configuration of products for evaluation purposes Delivering pre-sales training sessions to partner organisations Producing reports and documentation following customer meetings and engagements Conducting competitive analysis and advising on products within the...
