*What You’ll Do:*
As an LPN, you’ll play a hands-on role in both resident care and team leadership:
* Deliver direct nursing care to residents with kindness and clinical skill
* Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants during your shift
* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
* Accurately document care and maintain resident records
* Participate in updating care plans and supporting resident-centered outcomes
* Promote safety, infection control, and policy compliance throughout your shift
* Provide assistance with daily resident needs as required
*What We’re Looking For:*
* A current *LPN license* in the state of Michigan
* A caring, team-focused professional with strong communication and clinical skills
* Someone who values consistency, compassion, and working in a family-like environment
