Stantec invites you to lead our structural engineering team across Ireland, driving landmark water, wastewater, energy, and flood risk projects.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Own the division’s operational performance and report directly to executive leadership.
- Team Empowerment: Mentor, recruit, and develop a high‑performing team of engineers and technicians.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Bridge structural engineering with other disciplines to deliver world‑class, complex infrastructure projects.
- Business Growth: Strengthen client relationships and lead high‑stakes tenders to secure future pipeline.
Qualifications
- Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) with a Level 8 or higher degree.
- Deep technical experience in structural engineering, with commercial acumen and leadership presence.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects to the highest standards of client satisfaction.
- Experience in another consultancy and advantage in the water sector is desirable.
