Post Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of construction and refurbishment works across the estate. The works will comprise of a high volume of small and medium-scale projects (often integrated with routine maintenance and planned works) rather than major capital schemes with their own programme structures.
The Project Manager will report directly to the Medium Capital Projects Lead. The postholder will ensure the highest quality of project management, quality reporting, risk management, stakeholder management and scrupulous adherence to TCD governance procedures. The role is the central point of all inputs and outputs to projects, in conjunction with the other officers, committees and positions relating to a capital project as set out in the University’s Programme Management Office manual.
The specific purpose of this role is to fill an Administrative 2 vacancy on a temporary basis pending the return of the postholder from their Career Break. Employment is not offered on an indefinite duration basis as the original postholder is expected to return.

This appointment will be made on the Administrative 2 salary scale (€59,589 - € 70,018 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales.
