This role sits at the intersection ofarchitecture, engineering execution, and identity security, and will play a critical role in shaping the future of a core, business-critical platform.

This is ahands-on architectural leadership role. You will bridge executive strategy and engineering delivery, turning high-level objectives into clear, code-aware technical designs while guiding teams through a complex modernization journey.


What You’ll Do
Platform Architecture & Modernization

Lead the evolution of the core platform, driving architectural modernization to improvescalability, security, and maintainability. You will define the target‑state architecture and the concrete steps required to move from legacy systems to modern, cloud‑ready solutions.


.NET Technical Authority

Act as a technical authority across the .NET ecosystem. You will review and understand existing C#/.NET codebases, identify architectural risks, and define refactoring strategies aligned with modern .NET standards and best practices.


IAM & Security Architecture

Own and guide theIdentity and Access Management (IAM) architecture across the platform. Ensure all solutions align with industry standards such asOIDC, OAuth2, and JWT, maintaining strong security, compliance, and data integrity throughout the transformation.


Agile Delivery & Technical Leadership

Work closely with engineering teams within Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban). You will translate architectural decisions into technically precise epics and user stories, ensuring teams can execute with clarity and confidence.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure architectural alignment across services, data layers, and identity systems.


Executive Communication & Visibility

Serve as the technical bridge to senior stakeholders, providingclear, well‑structured explanations of architectural decisions, progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies — inexcellent written and spoken English.


What We’re Looking For
Strong .NET Architecture Background

Proven experience as aSenior / Lead Developer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Architect within the C#/.NET ecosystem. You are comfortable working hands‑on with legacy systems while defining pathways to modern architectures.


IAM Expertise (Required)

Demonstrated experience designing or integratingIdentity and Access Management solutions, including secure authentication, authorization, token lifecycle management, and identity governance.


Modernization Experience

A strong track record of leading or contributing toplatform modernization initiatives, such as framework upgrades, cloud migrations, database modernization, or service decoupling.


Agile & Delivery Excellence

Deep understanding of Agile delivery models. You don’t just oversee delivery — youdefine the technical detail that makes execution possible.


Excellent English Communication (Required)

Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders in an international environment.


Key Competencies

  • C# / .NET Mastery– Deep understanding of modern .NET, legacy frameworks, and architectural refactoring strategies.
  • IAM & Security Design– OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, secure identity flows, compliance‑aware architecture.
  • Distributed & Stateless Systems– Experience designing scalable, cloud‑native architectures.
  • Data & Integration Strategy– Knowledge of relational databases, APIs, and service communication patterns.
  • Technical Leadership– Ability to guide teams, challenge assumptions, and raise architectural standards.
