About

As a Senior BMS/HVAC Engineer, in Ireland, you will be responsible for maintaining the systems to help keep buildings and facilities safe, secure, comfortable, and cost‑efficient. Servicing of critical building systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation and energy management and building relationships with customers to understand their needs. This is a field‑based role covering clients mainly in the Dublin area but with the need to travel further afield to places such as Cork as well as Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities
  • Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems
  • Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects
  • Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks on controls systems
  • Continually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordingly
  • Develop and maintain the excellent customer relations already achieved on site
Qualifications
  • Experience within a similar role working with BMS systems or within Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical and Electrical engineering
  • Ability and willingness to learn about new systems and operational procedures
  • A good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works quickly and effectively
  • Great communications skills both written and verbal to be able to compile and complete reports
