• 5+ years of hands‑on engineering experience delivering production‑grade software, performing thoughtful code reviews, and contributing to full‑stack system design and architecture.
  
• Strong proficiency in modern languages, particularly Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (including React), with an emphasis on clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  
• Solid SQL and relational database expertise, including data modeling and complex querying.
  
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and data flows for high‑volume, high‑reliability systems.
  
• A collaborative, proactive mindset. You thrive in fast‑moving environments, communicate clearly, and enjoy working closely with cross‑functional partners.
  
• Demonstrated ownership and leadership. You’ve led projects, driven migrations, and consistently delivered meaningful, customer‑facing features.
  
• A background in Computer Science or a related field is a plus, but practical experience matters most.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, AWS Marketplace, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, GitHub Actions
  
• Data & Analytics: Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, Polars
  
• Web & Backend: Flask, scalable API design and development
  
• Platforms: Building and deploying software across Windows, macOS, and Linux
  
• Domain Experience: Data analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare—especially healthcare data, HIPAA, and privacy‑focused systems
