We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. *Responsibilities*
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
* Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or sales opportunities.
* Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
* Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in customer support or call center environment is preferred.
* Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions quickly.
* Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
* Proficient in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping.
* A positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers are essential traits for success in this role.
* Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in an office setting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
